Folks, this is the last of a series of 8 Orange videos, from Winter NAMM 2011. I give you the rarest of them all .. The Orange Retro, which was one of the very first Orange designs, from the 60′s! I think 1968. Has an unusual amt of gain for such an old circuit, but nonetheless, it rocks! This one, for my money, sounds the best of the bunch !!
I have a friend who had 1 of these back in the day.
It was the first Orange amp I ever heard. I’ll never forget that wonderful crunchie, never ending sustained
sound it made. To this day, I can still here it in my head!
