I own the Krank Rev Jr. and I love it!! I also owned the original single channel Chadwick head, and I like the Jr. much better, more gain and less power. I use the guitar volume to switch between clean and distorted tones. Experimenting with different tube brands has yielded an amazingly rich harmonic, articulate high gain tone that cleans up with a flick of the guitar's volume knob. I'll say it again, I LOVE MY KRANK REV JR. !!!!!

Krank Cuts through the mix wayy better. Kranks are all crushing high gain, high midrange metal tone. The randall sounded more solid state-ish in the vid and had alot more gain, it was feedin back like crazy.

I love having a lot of mid-range in my tone to bring out the pick attack in my playing, and I've always loved Randall's bad ass tone! Thanks for the review TTK!

I personally dig both, Randall is just crushing and tight and has that silky mid tone, and the Krank is just a serious gain monster good for dropped tuning madness! I'd probably go with the Randall just for the modules though.
