Hey i was wondering which amp sounds better in your opinion? Trirec or 6260/6262? Which is louder? and which is tighter?

Hey Todd, It's all a matter of opinion. I am a fan of the 6260/6262. That being said I have not had much of an opportunity to play the tri-rec. As far as volume goes, if your running either amp through a good 412 cab, the volume difference would be non-noticeable. These amps are volume beast that could easily stand alone against ANY loud ass drummer. They can both achieve Simple crunch to Death metal distortion. The only real question is what do you intend to do with your amp. If your looking for a straight forward, no nonsense kick your ass shred amp, then the 6262 is the way to go. If you are looking for an amp that is extremely diverse, then the Tri-rec is your baby. The best suggestion is to play both and pick the one that sings to you. . . .

Guitars - (Dean Vendetta 3.0)  (OLP Luke III HSS) (Fender Stratocaster w Dimarzio        D-Activator Bridge pup)

Amps - (Bugera 6262H Infinium) (Behringer V-Tone 108)

Cab - (Fender GE412 W/Celestion Speakers)

Pedals - (Boss Noise Reduction) (BBE Green Screamer OD)

i own the bugera 6262 infinium and run it through a nice 2x12 with V30s, all i did was change out the tubes to JJs and it sounds amazing.

The trirec i'm not a fan of i must admit

I heard some more trirec videos and its almost like the pre500 mesas....its pretty cool.

If you have to ask us which TWO SPECIFIC AMPS you should choose, you're already leaning towards one and unsure about it. If you think it sounds better, go with it.

Assuming the Trirec ever gets released. I quite paying attention to it about 18 months ago, I'm over it. The 6262 and 6260 are both brutal. The 6262 having separate eq for clean and distortion.
