A friendly shoot-out between 4 microphones : The Blue EnCore 300 condenser handheld mic. The Audio-Technica AT897 shotgun microphone. The Audio-Technica AT899 lavalier condensor with the AT8537 power adapter for XLR and the Sennheiser ME-2 with the MZA 900P power adapter for XLR. Links / INFO below for each:

As noted in the video – I use the AT897 for my Canon XA20. I use the en core 300 for the narrative in my videos. I had the ME-2 as part of my wireless kit for shows like NAMM.
